You can now get your hands on our fantastic home-made Slime Activator! This activator is the same “magic liquid” that we’ve been using at our workshops and parties for over 10 years.
The 120ml bottle of activator provided should activate about 2 litres of glue!*
Our activator is a weak and safe solution of borax. Borax (known chemically as sodium tetraborate) is essential in slime making as it cross links the PVA molecules in the glue to make slime. Read more here: https://devonscience.co.uk/best-slime-ever/
*Note: Not all PVA glues are the same – hence the amount of activator required to make the slime consistency of your choice varies from glue to glue. The amount you’ll need depends on the PVA glue or brand you are using. Clear glue tends to need less and are easily over-activated (slime goes hard and rubbery)

Contents: 120ml squeezy bottle of activator, written instructions & safety information
You may have heard about safety concerns with borax. In the UK the raw material (sodium tetraborate) is classified as toxic, but a weak solution, e.g. 2.5% is of low hazard.
